- Nous recherchons un Head of Credit Control & Collections qui va stimuler le travail avec une mainmise totale sur les collections et participer à une croissance mondiale ambitieuse.
What will you be doing?
- As Head of Credit Control & Collections, you will be responsible for managing the collections of the business, working on a weekly basis with other members of the accounts receivable function and other members of the wider finance function. You will be creating and leading the collections team within the business.
- Establish and implement a collections strategy in collaboration with the wider accounts receivable team.
- Define and deliver the collections process, in line with the wider accounts payable process.
- Work closely with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams to resolve customer credit issues.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and resolution of issues with customers with overdue invoices aged over 30 days, focussing on cash recovery.
- Drive collection performance with key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Performance will be measured through monthly aged debt recovery rates and by maintaining our DSO levels within acceptable metrics.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure collections performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Create dashboards and performance metrics to inform and coach staff on best practices.
- Work closely with risk management/finance and cross-functional stakeholder teams to mitigate customer credit risk.
- Lead annual credit limit review, by working closely alongside credit team, collections, revenue and risk.
- Conduct regular end-of-month, year-end cash receipt reconciliation
- Lead Credit Control budgeting and forecasting
About you
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, in the quantitative field or equivalent experiential qualifications
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, CPA, CA), desirable
- Experience in a fast-growing environment
- Knowledge of good credit control and collection processes including, but not limited to:
- Proven track record of exceptional collections management
- Excellent working knowledge of Accounting, IFRS and IFRS and 16 - specifically IFRS 9
- Highly experienced in use and administration of Navan (quickbooks)
- Strong communicator who is able to articulate his/ her opinions and get things done
- Self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done as and when they need to be
- Excellent communication & presentation
