HR Support Specialist
Der HR Support Specialist bietet administrative Unterstützung im HR-Bereich, um den reibungslosen Ablauf des täglichen Betriebs sicherzustellen. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Führung von Mitarbeiterakten, Unterstützung bei Rekrutierungsprozessen und die Koordination von HR-Veranstaltungen.
Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files.
- Ensure all employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS) is current, complete, and compliant.
- Support audits and reporting requirements by providing reliable data.
- Support the recruitment process by consulting with agencies, scheduling interviews and supporting the HR Consultant with conducting HR interviews.
- Oversight and coordination of the annual Bursary Scheme, work experience placements and internships.
- Responsible for the employee onboarding process, to include HR inductions.
- Administer the employee offboarding procedure to include conducting exit interviews.
- Prepare contracts and changes to terms of employment.
- Manage employee lifecycle events.
- Coordinate HR events and initiatives, including L&D activity.
- Prepare monthly payroll and pension schedules.
- Administer employee benefits and support the annual benefit renewal process.
Anforderungen
- Passionate about advising and servicing employees.
- Detail orientated.
- Empathic personality with sound judgment.
- Communicative, client-oriented, and confident in business discussion
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administration or generalist support role
- Good understanding of HR workflows and processes.
- Knowledge of Guernsey employment law.
- Confident in dealing with line managers and employees of varying personalities.
- Proficient user of HR systems and technology.
- Diligent approach to work and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Professional demeanour & discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to set priorities, coordinate processes, and multitask under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution oriented.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
