IAM Risk Audit (CIAM) - Lead

Aufgaben

• Work with CIAM and engineering team to strengthen overall access controls.
• Support governance processes related to least privilege access management.
• Monitor and regularly assess vulnerabilities, authenticate users, understand, and identify rushing controls.
• Analyze, control, and remediate problems related to compliance issues. Identify control compliances.
• Promote security and privacy best practices across cloud identity services.

Anforderungen

• 4+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
• 14+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management build, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting an IT audit with compliance, and third party risk management programs.
• Understanding of common Cloud Provisioning, CIAM / CALEA Management Tool design and operates.
• AI/ML in control testing analysis, including policy optimization, risk assessment, and credential-based management controls.
• Work in control testing analysis, including policy optimization, risk assessment, and credential-based management controls.
• Expertise troubleshooting secrets, authentic and managing identification solutions.
• Experience executing ongoing audits on critical system applications for compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal client-facing communication skills.
