IAM Risk Audit - Lead

Northern Trust sucht einen IAM Risk Audit Lead in Chicago, der mit mindestens fünf Jahren Erfahrung IT-Audits, Risikomanagement und Compliance im Bereich Identity and Access Management leitet. Der Kandidat ist für die Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits, die Entwicklung von Kontrollrahmenwerken sowie die Beratung von Stakeholdern zur Verbesserung der Governance-Strategien verantwortlich.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform both routine and non-routine risk audit activities, deliver a strong performance standards
  • Conduct the control assurance, reliability, and deliver a strong standard.
  • Support business improvements, and audit and governance in audit improvement areas.
  • Partner with control owners, auditors, and stakeholders to address IT-related security and findings
  • Work with business analysts and report development across the control implementation.
  • The ability to recognize and analyze the control environment (audit in audit improvement areas).
  • Lead recruitment and recruitment of IAM activities.
  • Assist with process improvement and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with end users and employees across lines and provide updates in corporate structure.
  • Monitor IT and business analysts with technical understanding, security audits, and architecture.
  • Support control remediations, and effectiveness measures.
  • Develop and maintain IAM RCVK solutions, well as compliance reporting.
  • Identify and drive IT security issues, control remediation issues and resistance reporting.
  • Advise stakeholders, and support the internal and external audit objectives and regulatory reporting.
  • Develop RCVK monitoring, control effectiveness management.
  • Develop and execute data recommendations that support the client environment.
  • Advise with stakeholder, and risk management initiatives.
  • Contribute to governance and policy development, and process improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (CCSK, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, MS Risk Management, Audit Compliance or related experience.
  • Experience leading IT audit and risk assessment, and risk management activities.
  • Strong understanding of CFPB & audit disciplines (ITGC and access management, controls, and process improvement).
  • Hands-on working with control frameworks, audit activities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience developing reports, workpapers, and management presentations.
  • Testing control application (e.g. Identity and Access Management).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
