IAM Support Specialist
Als IAM Support Specialist bei EFG International in Genf unterstützen Sie die Client Relationship Officers bei administrativen Aufgaben und Compliance-Prozessen im Private Banking. Die Stelle erfordert mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance oder Private Banking sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in AML-Regulierungen.
Aufgaben
- Provide administrative support for daily client relationship matters, assisting CRO activities.
- Act as the main contact for CROs/Account Managers in their day-to-day – Pre-approval or approval (within delegations) of payments, credits, and clients
- Reviewing the quality of client and IAM profiles and documentation during onboarding and regular reviews.
- Perform ex-ante controls on Private Banking activities and support the enhancement of the control framework, acting as a key partner to ensure that client onboarding, lifecycle management and transactions are conducted in line with internal standards and local regulatory expectations.
- Oversee and approve KYC/ReCycle events, including reviewing and commenting on openings, periodic reviews, and updates.
- Monitor compliance and follow up on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) matters
- Serve as a link between the First and Second Line of Defence, facilitating collaboration with relevant functional areas.
- Support the Head of IAM Switzerland in business development, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM Switzerland’s processes and procedures
Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance or private banking environment
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and sanctions.
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage; French and/or Italian would be an asset.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable, solution-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Demonstrates a client and service focus at all times.
