ICLS - Client Maintenance

Die UBS sucht einen Mitarbeiter für das Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zürich, der für die genaue und zeitnahe Pflege von Kunden-Datenattributen verantwortlich ist und eng mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen zusammenarbeitet. Der ideale Kandidat ist detailorientiert, motiviert und verfügt über gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten.

  • join our Client Data Management Team
  • be responsible for the accurate & timely maintenance of client data attributes
  • respond to requests and queries coming from business representatives and other client lifecycles teams
  • take responsibility for appropriate escalation and coordinate resolution of identified issues with relevant parties
  • collaborate effectively with partner functions to enhance the process and eliminate recurring issues / exceptions

You will be working in our Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zürich. This is a Client Lifecycle Maintenance function. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client data across Swiss and global platforms. You have:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • ability to work accurately with complex data
  • good communication and coordination skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • experience in data management, onboarding, or financial operations (preferred)
  • motivation to learn specialized client lifecycles
