Aufgaben

• Conduct industry research and perform individual company analysis.
• Develop financial analysis and models.
• Support creation of client proposals and presentations.
• Manage data room and coordinate due diligence process.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop interns.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Anforderungen

• At least 1-3 years of relevant investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or other similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required; business, economics, finance/accounting majors preferred.
• Knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices is essential.
• Solid finance/accounting knowledge; ability to analyze and value businesses.

Vergütung

• Base compensation band: $90,000 (Min) - $120,000 (Max)
• This role is also eligible for an annual bonus in addition to the base salary.
