Role Description

• The role is open to one analyst or associate level hire with 2–4 years of professional experience on client-side.
• The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks across simultaneous deal flows.
• Analysts will work closely with senior team members on financial models, valuations, and client presentations, gaining exposure to both clients and investors throughout the deal process.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity to the investment banking sector gained through academic or professional experience
• Prior involvement in mid-market M&A transactions from start to finish
• Ability to identify and assess opportunities
• Data-driven decision making
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• Self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
