Investment Banking VP, M&A (Milan, Italy)

Main responsibilities

• Leverage technical insights, execution energies, and transaction structuring.
• Support negotiation phases alongside senior team members.
• Ensure timelines are met and execution risks are proactively managed.

Client Management

• Act as a primary contact for clients during execution phases.
• Maintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process.
• Prepare and lead client meetings and update calls.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts.
• Ensure high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality.
• Allocate tasks efficiently and manage team workload.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or similar advisory roles.
• Proven track record of leading transaction execution processes.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
