IT Area Lead - Digital First

What you do

• Lead a team of 4 Chapter leads reporting directly to you, and a total of 14 Indirect reports: plus 6A engineers in AMB Engineers and 50 external based in Belgium and India.
• Lead multiple chapters and teams within the Digital First area, creating an environment where people can perform, give and thrive.
• Translate strategic objectives into a clear roadmap and driving modern release cadence with ING Belgium and ING Group ambitions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, simplicity, and continuous improvement.
• Represent your area via a bid Belgium contact towards senior business stakeholders, leading alignment across it, business, and domain owners.
• Set direction by translating security vis-à-vis architecture direction and make deliberate, transparent choices for ING.
