IT Service Owner - Client Output Mgmt. System ISIS-Papyrus100% (f/m/d) - External
Der IT Service Owner ist für die Verwaltung und den Betrieb des Client Output Management Systems ISIS-Papyrus verantwortlich und koordiniert die Überführung von Anforderungen in die Produktivumgebung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft und Systemstabilität sowie der Unterstützung der Geschäfts- und Service-Teams.
Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
- Define requirements and prepare hardware for software installations or updates
- Familiarize with HP Service Manager to manage the CMDB part
- Order all necessary assets to allow the software to run, like software packages, databases or VM
- Secure and configure the environments, according to the company standards (DNS, certificates, firewall)
- Liaise with the infrastructure teams of our company to assure the implementation of the software packages
- Order and maintain technical users, (Oracle) roles, AD groups and all necessary security items like IAM Core to operate the software to allow users to request and restrict access to the application
- Understand the permission requirements of the business and give the right guidance
- Perform platform lifecycles when the platform risk to be out of life/support
- In case of problems with the software, do an error analysis and follow-up with the vendor if the problem cannot be fixed directly (via their ticketing system)
- Configure the software and underlying hardware components in order to fulfil the company standards in terms of hardening, logging and security settings.
- Plan and perform system tests of all new updates and support the business and service delivery teams during version updates
- Automate recurring administrative and operative tasks
- Be the quality gate for all change installation in production
- Migrate solution artefacts throughout the stages as required by service-delivery and change-management teams. Define and operate or automate the respective tools.
- Understand all business use-cases of the client output management system and support the 2nd level user-support team if necessary
- Implement and review the monitoring to detect any potential problem in the software or configuration
- Maintain the operational readiness and system stability of all environments
- Understand permissioning in the forementioned applications and create user-profiles
- Maintain the documentation of the products and processes, like the infrastructure overview, the operational manual or the security concept
Anforderungen
- Knowledge in DEV/Ops tools like: Bitbucket, Gitlab, Octopus, Nexus, Harbor, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm are an advantage
- Scripting languages on Linux (Bash)
- Developing skills in JAVA are considered as an advantage
- The knowledge of (PL)SQL and the workload automation tool AWA is considered as an advantage
