Aufgaben

• Manage a team of designers, create and guide teams, work with external vendors.
• Passionate about new technologies, building client-side scalability, applications and content design.
• More than experience in analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of complex and custom-built solutions.
• Work collaboratively with teams to achieve goals. Experience working in an Agile/Agile roadmap.
• Data holder understanding working closely with program backends, business change engineers, and project managers to drive and manage IT delivery.
• Strong sense of critical thinking, personal and business sense.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that tasks and issues are identified and managed properly.
• Compliant with and meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours, including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing/communication ethics, management of reporting issues, customer service, compliance with conduct rules, conflict of interest management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Anforderungen

• Strong computer Science knowledge relevant knowledge in data structures and algorithms.
• Basic Linux shell scripting capabilities.
• Familiarity with tools, Docker/Docker Swarm.
• Minimum 10 years of development experience in Frontend and backend, applications, programming languages and back-end goals.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage own workload, tasks, activities and time priorities to meet goals and deliverables of respective challenges.
• Minimum 2 years of lead or team lead experience.
• Ability to quickly assimilate requirements and deliver on the technical platform solutions.
• Proficient Java experience in Financial Trading - Health performance domain.
• Communication highly recommended as the team includes distributed availability.
• Understood business + system requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are scalable, testable and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Detail-orientated mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priority effectively.
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to solving problems and driving positive outcomes.
• Mature professional, building & managing teams, presentations to senior management.
