JUNIOR IT SUPPORT - END USER SERVICES
Junior IT Support Specialist bei Leonteq in Lissabon, zuständig für First- und Second-Level-Support, Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur und Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist with the installation, setup and configuration of end-user applications.
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and workplace technology.
- Keep maintain accurate IT asset records in the CMDB and contribute to identifying and implementing automation opportunities and introducing the automation tool.
- Work with global site and external vendors to resolve end-user-related incidents and issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and collaboration tool issues.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user documentation.
- Act as a liaison between end users and IT Operations or Development teams.
- Perform training sessions, both in person and video (live) on digital and soft topics.
- Resolve IT-related issues such as authentication on our systems.
- Adapt and document SOPs (standard operating procedures).
- Be a key contact person for end users / Endcustomer departments, including on-site support on location and remote helping using remote support tools like TeamViewer.
- Act as a single point of contact for all kinds of IT inquiries and help bridge gaps between end users.
- Good communication with customer and be able to identify the root cause of the issue - or in case not responsible, find the right contact person and communicate to them.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Completed vocational training, an apprenticeship or a diploma in IT or equivalent practical experience or hands-on projects.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and common workplace devices.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to ask for guidance when needed.
- Clear communication skills, a service-oriented mindset and an interest in helping people reach their goals.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in developing a career in IT support.
- A reliable and organized approach, with the ability to follow procedures, document work and support end-customer expectations.
- Good spoken and written English, sufficient to support employees and collaborate with an International team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Initial hands-on experience in IT support, gained through an apprenticeship, internship, studies, or previous work.
- Familiarity with licensing systems, user account administration or virtual desktop environments is a plus.
- Additional languages, particularly Portuguese, German, French or Italian.
