Job Summary

• As a Vice President, Client Services business structure, you will work as part of a successful team supporting strategic clients with a focus on cross-functional client care.
• In this role, you will be part of a team consisting of Product and Platform Specialists, Client and Sales and other cross-functional specialists who will be responsible for delivering secure solutions to your clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as an integrated and full service sales support specialist of operations.
• Act as a centralized, trusted source of product, pricing, and client process insights to ensure cross-functional collaboration on account/asset servicing, related client processes, and client retention across all client sales engagements.
• Lead the preparation, authentication, and advisory of custody (clear service clients using digital messaging or phone).
• Develop and nurture client relationships at firm level with cross functional counterparts.
• Identify and drive ongoing operations to improve efficiency and reduce cost by implementing and new service motions, simplifying processes, and implementing new policies and processes.
• Strong working relationship with Global Markets counterpart including equity, fixed income and derivatives.
• Act as first line of response for client retail investor, equities in retail asset pools and work with sales teams to grow overall assets of custody.
• Build out and sustain a sales enablement package for active OOT product launches.
• Partner with a wider range of stakeholders and account management teams including the client relationship officer to work on:
  • Client management, relationship and service deliverables that elevate the overall customer experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Eligible, possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent knowledge of securities products including research, regulatory, accounting, capital markets, and fund derivative.
• Possesses broad level of understanding of different asset classes (equities), including exposures to total return strategies.
• Familiarity with financial institutions such as banks.
• Communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrated to be effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and able to work independently.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with focus on Financial or Legal writing, ability to influence and persuade, and strongly motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to drive ownership of outcomes, shows leadership to complete, and drive client accounts toward growth and a strong decision results. Will go the extra mile to provide excellent service to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% to various geographic locations and country.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Knowledge of the Global Regulatory regulatory framework (SEC) with solid Wall St. product focus.
• Deep understanding of how to succeed in several areas of global finance, such as hedge fund administration, investment banking, and other service providers.
• Experience working or contributing to and building new businesses engagements.
• Experience with strategic client distribution and change management.
• Knowledge for various foreign and global distribution.
