Kyc Onboarding Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support with re-KYC Workflow Operations including re-KYC processing, amendments from various tools/reporting, managing, working with compliance and other stakeholders
• Responsible for relationship building and coordination
• Delivery of the Work tasks; KPI's and a Performance review
• Co-creation of stakeholder onboarding/update processes
• Working with other teams
• Researching, analysis and reporting on KPI/SLA

• Person should act as a team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Committed and a high enthusiasm for the job role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail
• Working rights within the immediate UK (including self-sponsorship)
• Ability to think laterally and proactively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel ability
