Als Lead Architect Order Management bei Julius Baer in Zürich verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft und definieren Zielarchitekturen für den Order-Management-Bereich. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT, steuern Architekturentscheidungen und koordinieren die Umsetzung durch Systemarchitekten.

About the Role
- You are a member of the Lead Architects team within the global IT Architecture. Together with your colleagues from the Foundation and System Architecture teams, you are responsible for the future evolution of the application landscape.
- As a Lead Architect for Order Management, you build the bridge between the business and IT.
- You manage one order management architecture domain and one cross-cutting architecture domain.
- You are accountable for architecture decisions within your domain and bring overarching decisions to higher architecture boards.
- You ensure that architecture standards are followed within your domain.
- You define target architectures to plan the medium to long-term evolution of the architecture layers: Business, Application, Data and Technology.
- Your target architectures are harmonized with business stakeholders and cross-cutting architects to ensure that target architectures are both technically and economically feasible.
- You orchestrate system architects for the implementation of the target architecture.
- You review architecture artefacts such as Solution Blueprints.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Architect with architecture responsibilities, e.g., Lead / Domain / Enterprise Architect in a larger organisation.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking trading / order management.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to enable solutions.
- Strong affinity to follow and identify new technology trends and subsequently integrate them into the business domain on all four application layers (Business, Application, Data, Technology).
- Convincing business and IT stakeholders with strategic, solution-oriented thinking and diplomatic behaviour.
- Master’s degree in engineering, e.g., from ETH or a Technical University.
- Hands-on experience in software engineering and design of software architectures.
- Optional: Hands-on experience with IBM OTMS.
- Optional: Certification of TOGAF or SAFE.
