Lead Operational Intelligence
Als Lead Operational Intelligence bei der ING in Brüssel optimieren Sie Servicelevel und planen strategisch, um die Kundenerfahrung über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg zu verbessern. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Forecasting, Echtzeit-Monitoring und die Implementierung neuer Technologien, um operative Exzellenz und kontinuierliche Verbesserung sicherzustellen.
Aufgaben
- Monitor and ensure correct Forecasting.
- Ensure a high-performing planning
- Ensure real-time monitoring of all activities to offer the best service to our provinces and future colleagues.
- Tailor-made customer experience across 5 ways (learning, earning & traffic management)
- Lead the implementation of new technologies
- Actively contribute to transformation initiatives
- Closely support the team to deliver value
- Balance operational delivering with continuous improvement and deliver exceptional services
Anforderungen
- University skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
- Understanding of advanced business planning
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
- Excellents oral and written communication skills in FR/EN/DE
- Bike-driven and new technology-oriented
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
