LISBON STRUCTURING TEAM LEAD

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and manage the Structuring Team desk in Lisbon, including day-to-day pricing, trade idea generation and payof
• Pricing of cross asset products
• Develop new products by identifying relative value, market trend and finding new business opportunities
• Arrange tailor made Structured Products with external counterparties as needed
• Development of automated pricing tools designed for all front office teams (Sales, Structuring, Trading)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Masters degree or equivalent in a quantitative subject (Pure Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Economics)
• At least 10 years' professional experience in structuring complex transactions / delivering new products platforms (*)
• Strong team-player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows with Python programming
• Expertise - Strong knowledge of structured products pricing and structuring
