This role is instrumental for enabling product innovation that aligns with automated release cycles, allowing for continuous experimentation, reducing manual workload, and improving overall business efficiency.
• We are searching for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong leadership skills, a product mindset, and a passion for automation. This person will be part of a Product team, and will be responsible for:

Job Details

• Design and manage multiple layers of integration between business units and external parties, spanning CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions.
• Assess existing infrastructure, and recommend solutions for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership, product management, and support teams to implement solutions that enhance service levels, customer engagements, and revenue streams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to engage in discovery and design workshops.
• Balance ongoing production with incremental automation to prioritize innovation, design new products, and drive adoption.
• Define process improvement opportunities for specific solutions and manage product functionality.
• Maintain regular product roadmaps and adjust plans to respond to evolving change requests.
• Act as a common role and bridge between all teams across the organization.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and executives, advocating for alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead adoption by design, collaborating across business units to align corporate initiatives with overarching business strategy.
• Drive innovation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes, including user engagement, operational efficiency, and enhanced client experience.
