Job Description And Principal Responsibilities

• Drive a data-driven culture for implementation and operational management of complex multi-tier project programs bringing tight control and control over program risk and issues / blockers.
• Partner and consult ecosystem relationships and communication with global audiences, either IT, banking or financial services
• Take topline responsibility and accountability of Program resourcing including forecasting, technical people, schedules and business account of work.
• Drive the design decisions into actionable items, enhance the team's active assignment of project teams to tasks and proactive commitment for the health of project execution.
• Take multiple stakeholder initiatives into the project team and escalate issues impacting Program.
• Design proposal of new concepts and design considerations and go by way take-to-fliers for Program deliverables.
• Maintain focus on the delivery, technical & functional roadmap elements linking program systems.
• Take active responsibility of communication in operations and business technical initiatives and product ownership of functions, technical architecture and design deliverables.
• Provide advice on alternative options, roles and as-executed work linked to the business or technical undertaking.
• Align and partner on agenda escalation results with ability to manage escalation urgency and customs department management.
• Acts as a clear and confident thought-leader for development enhancements improvements
• Ability to walk team members and support an all-customer-led, milestone advancement and target-driven approach, solutions and patterns in the business and technical field
• Design cross-functional solutions and patterns in the business and technical field.

Functional Skills

• Should be flexible for upskilling and manage team members of different skill sets

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• 12 years of industry work experience on financial or related software publications GRC models and tools implementations
