Offshore Fund Onboarding Manager, AVP

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Offshore Fund Onboarding Manager to join our Global Onboarding Processing team within our Offshore Service Delivery Hub. Reporting directly to the Global Ops Manager Onboarding - Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the onboarding and configuration of various fund structures within the State Street ecosystem.

This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in mutual fund operations who possesses a strong technical acumen, thrives in the Fund Administration domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for offshore fund business to meet client's expectations
• Onshore and off shore capabilities for customer's special and frequently needed. They are responsible for creating onshore and offshore communication.
• Responsibility for onshore/ offshore and service management, understand client needs, and suggestions with respect to offshore operations
• Manage and participate with operating tasks such as on-boarding
• Involved with the management of one or several client operations and operational task operations to provide oversight and streamline the transfer from onboarding/transition process
• Co-work with offshore fund operation and create framework to provide operational services to Japan clients. Quality operation strategy and operations review skills are critical
• Co-work with global operation team and create frameworks to provide operational services to Japan clients.
• Responsible for ensuring that non-local systems projects are carried out in a timely and effective manner
