Post Production Support Specialist
Der Post Production Support Specialist unterstützt Kunden nach der Implementierung der Charles River Investment Management Solution und ist für die Lösung von Implementierungsproblemen, Schulung von Kunden und die Kommunikation von Produktverbesserungen verantwortlich. Der ideale Kandidat hat mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Front-, Middle- oder Back-Office-Investmentmanagementsystemen.

What We Are Looking For
The Post Production Support Specialist (PSS) supports customers post-go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. Their contributions include but are not limited to:- Drafting new client requirements
- Configuring and testing solutions
What You Will Be Responsible For
- PSS are expected to have strong domain knowledge across multiple asset classes. Additionally, PSS team members are responsible for managing the CRD/Alpheus eco-system and establishing relationships with the various front-end users.
- Analyze and evaluate implementation issues while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the post-go-live journey
- Educate customers on the methodologies and functionality provided by CRIMS, Advise on best practices applying the implementation and operation of Charles River solutions and services.
- Reliable post-implementation support to enhance Charles River solutions and services, document and communicate product improvements as part of customer-specific requirements or in response to trends in the marketplace.
- Responsible for monitoring a client issues list and status reporting.

- Other requirements for new asset classes, security types and/or business line
- Document requirements
- Work with Professional Services teams to design dedicated resources to complete deliverables
- Contribute to Service quality by clearly communicating defects to Client Support and Product Management, Support the defect resolution process by providing clear descriptions of defects and root cause analysis, validating the resolution fixes, identify errors and mistakes in documentation and suggest corrections and improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the implementation and/or support of mission-critical financial systems. Experience in the implementation and/or support of a financial system with a sell-side, hedge fund or asset manager, or wealth management firm is equally valuable.
- Familiarity with Charles River Investment Management software solutions or similar technology
- A strong and proven track record in supporting and implementing solutions
