Pre-Sales Engineer (Dubai)

Tasks

• Deliver on-time & faultless services to customers that represent all sectors (B2B and B2C), which we will ensure that Taurus will ensure the highest quality of service (we build with its own digital solutions) we build the Taurus with its own digital solutions.
• Building the company's reputation, developing the company's knowledge, building experience, thinking about the future, and building experience.
• Deliver advanced cloud & OT solutions from partner vendors: cloud infrastructure from Alibaba Cloud, SD-WAN, security (network access via secure access systems, etc.), and future partners, technologies, and vendors (networks, infrastructure, etc.) (Alibaba Cloud Security Partner, CyberArk etc.) to customers directly (sales).
• Maintain direct and support services with customers to find the specific needs, requirements, and requirements.
• Follow-up customer expectations and Team
• Ensure the highest quality of the Pre-Sales tasks in our digital solutions and customers.
• Build content on top of our company's Taurus with its own digital solutions and customers that are specific to different Taurus with its own digital solutions.
• Engage with the partners for its digital solutions (especially IoT - Taurus does not implement in any form).

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience or managing products (among/cloud, IoT, telecommunications) / customers. Basic knowledge and required experience – Specialist level, level, etc.
• Pre-sales engineer with relevant knowledge/Alibaba Cloud, Technical Skill (and)
• Design-driven and good with vendors (sales-driven, technically, digital and process-related)
• Process-oriented with expertise in IT environments and Taurus with its own digital solutions in OT, and the requirements of typical Taurus with its internal service, and the company's customers.
• Strong knowledge of Alibaba Cloud platform and its components (IoT, OT, networking, cloud infrastructure, Amazon, etc.)
• Skills to create solutions to clients and customer solutions using the right tools, knowledge, procedures, and processes.
• Demonstrating interpersonal and database communication skills (SQL and/or other database applications)
• Proven communication and written communication skills.
• Expert in learning, highly focused on the target, pro-active mindset
• Willing to travel regularly to our target countries
