Principal, Solution Architect

Job Overview

  • This individual will be delivery-oriented, possess excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to solve major business management as well as technical problems.
  • Must have diverse project skills to take on multiple responsibilities in building the product backlog to deliver ROI in all three markets, lead strategic implementation projects with clients.
  • The preferred candidate will have strong technical knowledge covering architectures, methodologies and business requirements that can make a solid role in company's software engineers and senior developers.
  • Must be able to work independently to drive complex business, cross-functional technical teams, and possess the skills to work with a variety of tools.

Responsibilities

  • Architectural Governance:
    • Be part of the development and operations of the Global Engineering Architectural Governance team
    • Maintain controlling guidelines for optimal solutions.
    • Identify and maintain exploration of projects, initiate the architectural strategy, and enforce the defined standards
  • Roadmap:
    • Partner on tools and technologies through the modern application layer architectures and solutions for software stacks.
    • Contribute early on new solution makers through structured conversations and presentations.
    • Maintain prompt portfolios towards implementation of the target state
    • Maintain alignment around technology & business strategy
    • Ensure investment spend to ensure alignment with target state and roadmaps
  • Personality:
    • Build strong relationships with our stakeholders
    • Set poor relationships problems
    • Link with the Enterprise Architectural group

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of AI / Machine learning to add added advantages
  • Working experience using cloud-based technologies
