Private Equity Analyst

Alantra sucht einen Private Equity Analyst mit 2–4 Jahren Erfahrung für den Standort Madrid, der sich mit Finanzmodellierung, Investitionsanalyse und der Überwachung von Portfolio-Unternehmen befasst. Role Description

Successful candidates will take a proactive role in the research and execution of different investment opportunities as well as in investor relationships and the ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies.
Financial analysis and modelling: develop financial models to support investment decisions. This responsibility is at the heart of our business.

Requirements

2 - 4 years of experience in Private Equity, Strategic Consulting, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).
Excellent English (written and spoken). Other languages would be a plus.
Experience in sector analysis, financial analysis, valuations, business plans and investment presentations and reports.
Efficient usage of Microsoft Office, financial and markets databases (SABI, Refinitiv/Eikon, Bloomberg, Dealogic and Factset).
Attention to detail and impeccable communication skills (oral and written).
