Join Sygnum’s Product Management Operations team, where we turn vision into actionable execution. As the Product Owner for the Core Banking Platform, you’ll play a key role in enabling our product offerings through seamless core banking integrations.

Aufgaben

• Be part of a purpose-driven mission to build the future of regulated digital asset banking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across tech, compliance, operations, and business to shape the future of digital banking.
• Take end-to-product ownership for core banking platform from design to development to launch.
• Design and drive integrations with products such as custody and trading to build innovative business solutions for a fully regulated Digital Asset bank.
• Lead the scrum team and work closely with the Product Lead to deliver high-impact features.

Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with core banking platforms;
• Background in financial services industry with knowledge of core banking processes;
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and working closely with technical teams;
• Technically savvy to be comfortable navigating systems and solving complex problems;
• Proficient in SQL with a solid grasp of relational databases to support data analysis and integration;
• Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders across tech, operations, and business functions;
• Clear, structured communicator with strong influencing skills;
• Experienced in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum), JIRA, and Confluence;
• Pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering real value to clients;
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with the finnova core banking system;
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and architecture;
• Basic programming knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers (comfortable);
• Understanding of crypto integrations in banking (custody, tokenization, compliance);
• Proven track record in digital transformation or innovation projects in finance (Specialist);
• Relevant certifications e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Core Banking Specialist);
• Startup experience and a strong drive for digital asset innovation.
