Über die Rolle

Join Sygnum's Product Management Operations team, where we turn vision into executable execution. As the Product Owner for the Core Banking Platform, you'll play a key role in enabling our product offerings through seamless core banking integrations.

Aufgaben

Be part of a purpose-driven mission to build the future of regulated digital asset banking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across tech, compliance, operations, and business to shape the future of digital banking
Take end-to-product ownership for core banking platform from design to development to launch.
Design and drive integrations with products such as custody and trading to build innovative business solutions for a fully regulated Digital Asset bank.
Lead the scrum team and work closely with the Product Lead to deliver high-impact features.

Anforderungen

Ideal Kandidat

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst
2+ years of hands-on experience with core banking platforms
Background in financial services industry with knowledge of core banking processes
Strong skills in requirements engineering and working closely with technical teams
Technically savvy to be comfortable navigating systems and solving complex problems
Proficient in SQL with a solid grasp of relational databases to support data analysis and integration
Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders across tech, operations, and business functions
Clear, structured communicator with strong influencing skills
Experienced in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum), JIRA, and Confluence
Pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering real value to clients
Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Experience with the finnova core banking system and/or banking infrastructure
Familiarity with cloud-native environments and architecture
Basic programming knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineers (comfortable)
Understanding of crypto integrations in banking (custody, tokenization, compliance)
Proven track record in digital transformation or innovation projects in finance
Relevant certifications e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Core Banking Specialist)
Startup experience and a strong drive for digital asset innovation
