YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the review and assessment of risks associated with new products, services and business initiatives, ensuring adequate controls and compliance considerations.
• Provide training in connection with Compliance and / or Risk Management topics.
• Establish and maintain policies, approaches, standards, and monitoring frameworks that ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal standards.
• Design, implement and execute risk-based monitoring tools to support the remediation efforts to strengthen the firm's risk management framework.
• Identify control weaknesses and compliance gaps on drive and support remediation efforts to strengthen the Bank's risk management framework.
• Manage key risk indicators (KRIs) and data analysis to monitor FO Compliance.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with corporate-level risk management policies to support integrated risk management.
• Support and maintain compliance-related internal documentation, change management and regulatory updates.
• Identify, review and assess regulatory changes and trends that may impact the firm, and present these to relevant levels of management as necessary.
• Assess the impact of management and internal controls gaps and contribute to the development of appropriate risk-based measures.
• Advise on and prepare Management's own control assessment, regulatory and internal audit findings escalations, remediation and monitor corrective steps.
• Formulate and maintain policies and control matrices in business units, as appropriate.
• Foster alignment between first and second lines of function by participating in partnership with business and risk and control areas.
• Foster effective collaborations across the business and compliance stakeholders to promote consistent execution of controls, strengthening risk management and compliance culture.
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance culture throughout the organization.
