Aufgaben

• Continuously optimize product shelf architecture based on client demand, margin considerations and issuer' competitiveness
• Closely align with the sales desks on the floor, especially the external as well as inhouse distribution teams
• Coordinate with retail networks, financial advisors, and digital platforms to maximize reach
• Increase the visibility of Julius Baer als Strukturierte-Produkte-Issuer durch Beiträge in Artikeln sowie Teilnahme an Panels, Branchenveranstaltungen und Messen auf allen Ebenen
• Drive the further development of the Julius Baer Derivative Portal

Client Engagement

• Educate distributors and end clients on product features, benefits, and risks
• Provide ongoing support and training to ensure proper understanding and compliance
• Ensure adherence to Swiss and cross-border regulations (e.g. prospectus requirements, KID/KIIID, marketing restrictions)
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure robust controls across the public distribution framework
• Monitor changes in regulations and adapt distribution strategies accordingly

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Leverage data analytics to assess client behaviour, product profitability, and distribution effectiveness
• Translate market intelligence into actionable product and distribution recommendations
• Contribute to strategic initiatives related to structured products and broader wealth management offerings

Ihr Profil

• Proven team player with strong communication skills, willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Strong Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in Public Distribution, insbesondere in der Schweiz
• Deutsch (Pflicht), Englisch, andere Sprachen sind ein Plus
• Master-Abschluss in Finanzen oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
