Aufgaben

• Owning the end-to-end delivery process, from requirements gathering through to development, testing and coordinating deployment to production
• Participating in the planning, design, and delivery of longer-term projects
• Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing to help improve technical quality
• Work with stakeholders across IT to successfully deliver continual improvements to production capabilities such as reducing tech debt, increasing release quality and improving resource utilisation
• Contributing to the adoption of best practices and help improve business knowledge and understanding within the team
• Support for production systems and BAU requests

Anforderungen

Excellent

• Strong delivery-focused approach, achieving business value in being met
• Python development with strong understanding of data structures
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
• Problem-solving skills and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to balance business delivery and incremental adoption of new architectural platform features
• Proactive collaboration with engineers ensuring business outcomes are met
• Confident communication – able to explain points concisely and deal positively with conflicting views
• Comfortable liaising with business partners (Risk Manager) as well as understanding and working with company technology solutions
