Quantative Developer - AHL

The Role

• As a Quant Developer at Mav Group, you will join a team of skilled individuals responsible for developing and maintaining quantitative trading systems.
• You will work closely with our investment team to develop and implement trading strategies, as well as ensure the smooth operation of existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for quantitative trading operations
• Work closely with the quantitative research team to implement trading strategies and optimize performance
• Design and implement robust system architectures to support trading and data management requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize development needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and infrastructure

Personal Attributes

• A good understanding of quantitative finance, programming and computer science is essential
• Experience with C++ and/or Python is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
