Aufgaben

• Maintain und enhance SAP Concur's functionality, ensuring data integrity, smooth delivery of services, and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline Travel & Expense processes, integrating SAP Concur with other systems and tools to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Design, build, and maintain a robust reporting and compliance framework within SAP Concur, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
• Lead oder contribute to Travel & Expense-related technical projects, such as system upgrades, corporate credit card integrations, and local initiatives.
• Manage und continuously improve the Travel & Expense ticketing system, ensuring effective resolution tracking und a well-maintained knowledge database.
• Implement system improvements und enhancements to strengthen reporting, compliance, und operational efficiency.

Anforderungen

• Advanced technical knowledge und hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, und optimizing SAP Concur's travel und expense platform.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, data management, und process automation within SAP Concur und related tools.
• At least 3 years of experience in a technical oder system-focused role within an international organization, ideally in a Travel & Expense service center oder IT environment.
• Deep knowledge of Travel & Expense workflows, policies, und compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues und deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent written und spoken English und German.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented, autonomous, und proactive approach to driving improvements.
