- Role models the agile mindset
- Encourages the agile team to self-organize and self-manage
- Helps other team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
- Facilitates the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
- Engage with the PO to encourage and empower the agile team
- Engages with the Agile Coach and RTE to drive the OVS forward
