Aufgaben

• Independently review trade and analytics of financial products and derivatives, including their pricing and profit/loss calculations with both on desk (Big Numbers) and internal systems.
• Take care of data operational processes across: daily NAV calculations, Fund Budget Reviews, reconciliations and risk-based controls.
• Work with various teams to close and analyse data delivery reporting and analytics
• Lead process improvement initiatives and automation projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Represent the team on cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to senior management
• Take initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the team

Anforderungen

• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to solve complex problems independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
• Strong academic background in a quantitative or analytical field (Mathematics, Finance and Accounting, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science) and/or professional qualifications

• Prior experience in Middle Office (Risk, Operations), (SLA, or data analytics experience
