Senior Associate, CLO Operations
Man Group sucht einen Senior Associate für CLO-Operationen in Texas, der die operative Unterstützung und Überwachung von Middle Market CLOs und anderen strukturierten Finanzlösungen übernimmt. Der neue Mitarbeiter soll auch bei der Entwicklung einer operativen Datenstrategie und der Implementierung effizienter Prozesse helfen.
Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben
- Provides direct operational support, oversight, and subject matter expertise to Man Vestergaard's fund finance strategy, which includes the use of Middle Market CLOs, ABL, and other structured finance solutions
- Oversees daily and leverage facility compliance reporting
- Manage key monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables such as, but not limited to: trustee reporting, payment date reporting, borrowing base reporting, etc.
- Assist in development of Man Vestergaard's operational data strategy while identifying and presenting tangible solutions for efficient processes
- Help oversee loan administration, trustee, data capture in WSD and IIFP, and operational controls. Be able to perform various reconciliations across multiple service providers
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering on Operations' strategic technology footprint
- Run deal and vehicle level returns on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Coordinate with Investor Relations, Accounting, Compliance, and other groups on ODAs, RFPs, and other ad hoc requests
Anforderungen
- 3-5 years of CLO or other operational structured finance experience is a priority
- Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus)
- Knowledge of IIFP and WSD a plus
- Comfortable working with large sets of data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work dependently in a fast-paced environment
