Key Role Activities

• Underwrite, structure and execute structured financings of specialty finance portfolios
• Repackaging asset classes and markets relevant to potential or existing corporate and risk in management
• Coordinate transaction due diligence and execution work streams with third parties and sell-side parties during transaction origination, development, marketing
• Work in partnership with our client coverage teams to identify and assess client and co-investor opportunities and contribute to transaction idea generation
• Model risk and other control functions throughout transaction lifecycle of-fices and global clearing, prime broker and custody businesses
• The Financing solutions offered by the desk cut across the capital structure, with an ability to structure both senior and/or junior / subordinated structures where applicable. The desk underwrites risk for the bank's balance sheet and global finan-

Role Requirements

• At least 4-5 years or equivalent of structured finance underwriting experience
• Strong understanding of real estate / mortgage backed loans essential; real estate portfolio and track record is also essential
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in RE backed assets in strong quantitative and technical abilities including financial modeling and pricing
• Proven project management, analytical and credit skills
