Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable solutions within the structured product platform
- Building high-performance, low-latency systems with a strong focus on backend technologies
- Working with modern development practices, including containerization and microservices, ensuring seamless integration across multiple teams
- Contributing to optimizing critical workflows, addressing technical debt, and driving the evolution of our technological infrastructure
- Utilizing proficiency in C# and exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, as well as search tools like Elasticsearch
- Upholding high code quality standards, enforcing effective testing, and delivering results within tight deadlines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing effective communication tools, and driving accountability in a self-directed manner
- Providing technical support and collaboration to business teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 10 years of professional software development experience, including 5 years focused on backend
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#, additional experience with TypeScript considered beneficial
- Familiarity with message brokers and communication protocols such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Elasticsearch
- Proven ability to conduct effective code reviews with a strong commitment to delivering and maintaining high code quality
- Proven track record in distributed systems, fault tolerance, and data consistency
- Self-reliant worker, capable of delivering independently while also collaborating effectively within global teams
- Consistently delivers with a client-centric mindset across all tasks and projects
- Quick learner who remains productive and solution-focused under pressure and tight deadlines
- Team-oriented with a collaborative and supportive working style
- Fluent in English, enabling clear and efficient communication
