About the role
- We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to strengthen our Client Lifecycle team. You’ll play an important role in expanding the value of our Client Lifecycle Management system’s across all stages of client onboarding.
- Design and implement scalable solutions in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Powerplatform and Azure
- Design and implement APIs and backend services in C#/.NET and Java/SpringBoot
- Design and implement Java and Python based AI agents
- Extend the use of Power Platform Plugin Applications, Power Automate Flows
- Build end-to-end integrations using Azure Functions and API Management
- Configure and secure Azure Infrastructure for integration scenarios
- Ensure high-quality, secure code with comprehensive test coverage
- Collaborate cross-functionally, provide support to enterprise reliability, security, accessibility, and compliance
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from design to production
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Our Ideal Candidate
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 1-2 years of experience in APIs and backend development (Fluent)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Experience working with compliance-driven projects, such as Fintech, Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, etc.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, PowerPlatform or other SAASP solutions
- Experience around SaaS subscription software
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and secure cloud architecture
- Proactive mind-set with a passion for solving problems and driving collaboration
- Agile, self-driven approach and self-learning (e.g., AWS)
