Senior Front Arena Developer 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months with possible extension)

Aufgaben

• Senior Key Person innerhalb des Front Arena Teams, verantwortlich für die Implementierung neuer strukturierte Produkte über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette von der Front Office (Sales & Trading) bis zu den Mid-Office-Funktionen, um die Genauigkeit sicherzustellen
• Lead Integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with standards
• Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and resilience
• Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) environment
• Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulations and internal controls

Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in Front Arena roles supporting trading, mid-office, and settlement
• 8+ years of hands-on development with Front Arena AEL, ACM, and ADFL (all modules)
• Solid understanding of financial products, particularly structured products and/or derivatives
• In-depth knowledge of capital market lifecycle (e.g., cash flows, corporate actions, expiries)
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on system improvement and efficiency
• 3+ years of experience within a DevOps environment, especially in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
• Extensive background in structured product setup and lifecycle across product groups with a variety of underlying assets (e.g., single-stock or index-based structured notes and forward starting options)
• Strong knowledge of accounting models and their impact on valuation, PnL, and risk reporting
• Ability to independently carry out research and translate results into effective improvements
