Your Profile

• 8+ years' experience in developing server-side Java applications, preferably within financial or other regulated high-performance domains
• Deep proficiency in Java 21+ and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud)
• Expertise in designing for high throughput and low latency, applying asynchronous message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native microservices on AWS/AWS, Azure, or GCP — including containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), service mesh, and cloud storage/services
• Proficient in instrumenting applications for observability using Micrometer and OpenTelemetry, including metrics collection (latency, error rates, throughput), distributed tracing across service boundaries, and contextual logging to enable proactive monitoring and rapid incident diagnosis in production environments
• Experience refactoring or migrating monolithic systems to microservice architectures
• Practical exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and familiarity with common IDEs and code reviews
• Able to work autonomously in a global team setup to take on initiative with a positive attitude
