Senior Solutions Engineer (Zurich/Geneva/ Lausanne/Sion)

Tasks

• Being a leader in technical assets start of the global leading infrastructure provider, aiming to be the bridge in strategic positioning in a modern engineering labs and our client's need to get IT, system administration, identity/access management, and other enterprise solutions.
• Implementing and managing the entire company’s customer base implementations and provide real time and team quality service.
• Create new tools and platforms solution, team operations, infrastructure improvements, roadmap of product development, project delivery, and quality related activities
• Drive the planning, implementation and integration of Taurus solutions products or have access to SAP databases
• Manage the demand in various products/solutions to team members, sales, and customer relations with internal and external partners
• Establish and maintain relationships with each customer as a strategic relationship for support for consistent use of our products and services
• Partner with customers to continuously improve Taurus tools and our customer needs and team
• Accelerate customer needs and service needs
• Provide support, develop a broader view on approaches of Taurus products to partners and business units customers, and also improve current capabilities on a daily basis by on customer’s needs and productivity levels
• Organize and implement technical and user communities for customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a minimum of ten years of implementing and managing projects (engineering SAS, infrastructure management, cloud systems, and other enterprise solutions to design, migration, implementation, development, and maintenance work
• Expert knowledge of or expertise in using a variety of network management tools, infrastructure management
• Implementation and administration of modern Office 365 Solutions, E-Categories, Security Solutions, Analytics, Timepieces Customer Segments, and other enterprise software solutions
• Ability to work under pressure and manage solutions and maintain teams with strategy meeting production requirements
• Thorough experience in database development DB2 solutions for end-user development, preferably in PL, Java, or Python
• Operational within and good organizational skills
• Willing to work around the clock
• Willing to travel regularly to customer offices
• Availability to work at the intersection of digital assets and finance
• A diligent and experienced team with international research experts
