Senior Tax Manager - Global Private Bank
Der Senior Tax Manager (m/w/d) ist für die steuerliche Beratung und Lösung von komplexen grenzüberschreitenden Situationen für hochvermögende Kunden im Private Banking-Bereich verantwortlich. Der Kandidat soll dabei insbesondere steuerliche Strategien und bewährte Verfahren entwickeln, kommunizieren und umsetzen.
Stellenbeschreibung
As a Senior Tax Manager within the Private Banking business, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and solutions to our high net worth and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients. You will be expected to leverage, develop, communicate, and execute tax strategies and best practices in the structuring of complex cross-border situations. A key requirement for this role will be to contribute to the development of best practices within the department on key cross-border tax issues.
Aufgaben
- Provide technical support on complex international tax planning to business and investment teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments and management to communicate changes in the tax arena and ensure appropriate implementation.
Anforderungen
- Highly flexible and adaptable to changing market/regulatory requirements
- Strong experience of advising on tax and the asset structuring process
- Qualified/Finalist for a CFA, ACCA or CIMA; experience with financial planning/processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, including: Word, Excel. Ability to use the Internet; English fluency. French and other languages could be an advantage
