Aufgaben

Supporting and consulting business areas on HR topics as well as supporting colleagues on all questions related to our internal HR system.
Taking ownership for the system stability, configuration and further development of the Workday tenant.
Developing and continuously improving our Workday system along business and regulatory needs.
Supporting and consulting business areas on a range of business issues
Driving project work on the configuration of Workday HCM

Anforderungen

Several years of relevant experience in the configuration of Workday HCM
Proven experience in the integration of Workday HCM with Oracle ERP systems
Ability to quickly understand existing system setups and take over ongoing responsibilities
Solution-oriented mentality
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Flexible and resilient team player who likes to learn and develop in a continuously changing environment
Ability to select, interpret and evaluate relevant information
Interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse group of stakeholders
Client-oriented, independent, and accurate working style
