Sr. Lead - Cloud Engineer

Who You Are

• We are seeking a Sr. Lead - Cloud Foundations Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core cloud infrastructure and cloud services that enable our customers technology teams and operational areas solutions we need in the future thus the team is creating the foundation for all our cloud infrastructures.
• As a Cloud Foundations Engineer, you will work closely together with the product owner, cloud operations team, and other stakeholders to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, as well as ensure that all services availability, reliability, cost optimization, and security are met.
• You will also be responsible for collaborating with different teams and using methods designed for automation.

Required Skills

• Cloud Platform Engineering
  • Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise public cloud infrastructure and services (Data Modules, Foundations, Apps, and Infrastructure/Services)
  • Maintain availability/reliability/sizing/monitoring alerts across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Tooling and Automation
  • Develop and manage networking skills related to infrastructure
  • Understand on Cloud & Automation
    • Infrastructure (Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CDK, Pulumi)
  • Proficiency with Git branch and collaborative tooling for development process
  • Bash (CI/CD pipelines) to automate infrastructure deployment and updates
• Securities
  • Security Governance & Compliance
    • Implement security and compliance standards related IAM and cloud security
    • Configure and maintain monitoring and reporting on resources security, availability, and cost controls
    • Build operational excellence with automation and processes for optimization
  • Networking & Connectivity
    • Design and build public VIP/VPN architectures, routing, firewalls, VPCs, and firewalls
    • Understand and work with multi-factor authentication, session management, etc., configuration, and managing accessibility issues with end users environments
  • Observability & Cost management
    • Gather resources, logging, and auditing data across the environment
    • Build analytics for real-time insights, security patrols, and costs
    • Recommend and implement cost optimization and resource management strategies

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and ability to lead discussions with technical teams

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-haves)

• Experience supporting cloud platforms in regulated enterprise environments
• Experience with multi-cloud environments
• Familiarity with containers and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of service mesh, API Gateways, or Service Fabrics
• Background in iPdOps and/or cloud infrastructure operations
• Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, CDP Professional Cloud Architect)
