Aufgaben

• Lead the Day 2 and Service Release management process and ensure alignment on all these areas - ingestion, production, operations on Microsoft and IBM environments.
• Act as custodian to the Engineering Standards (development infrastructure, environments, and release procedures).
• Partner with Business Units, Technology, Engineering (Software, Infrastructure, Databases, & Controls), Ops and other lines of Service to ensure successful technology deployments and enhanced control cultures.
• Provide all relevant, detailed inter-team/change logs including detailed pre/post-implementation change log, and migration to production.
• Champion and maintain our data change (day one, day two, zero defect, test data, environment, and infrastructure) and design change management approach.
• Manage a small team of 4-5 - supporting the technical team.
• Responsible for leading ongoing evaluations, workflow dashboards, management reporting or, implementation coordination.
• Security & Offline: Additional responsibilities include Management, Release Management, Incident, problem, configuration, testing, and delivery practices.
• Lead, Coach and develop a high-performing Change and Release Management team, with clear accountability, delegation, partnerships and clear KPI's.
• Communicate clearly and candidly with senior management, providing periodic progress reports, review expectations, and timely analysis of material issues.
• Educate product customers to create and manage new product maintains and deliver automatable process implementations.

Anforderungen

• Minimum 12 years of experience in one or more industry including successful management to large, complex environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading/strategic Release Management function.
• Proven experience in successful infrastructure and performance improvements in complex environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with infrastructure or engineering operations teams.
• Strong command of all aspects of network operations and engineering environments.
• Proven ability to draft policies, SOPs and test results for business processes.
• Trackable experience under Business and Applications: AWS, Dell, Oracle, at complete FNM and net full stack scale.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
• Understanding of Controls, Tools, and Practice Standards within financial services.
• Experience with Service Management (Jmeter or an equivalent management or proprietary application of operations).
• Experience leading weekly reviews, workflow dashboards, management reporting or, implementation coordination.
