Sr. Lead Support Engineer

Job Description

• Join a Production Support role where you will analyze and resolve issues in different environments including production critical systems in close partnership with development, operations, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• You are able to understand and analyze code and work in different environments including production critical systems.
• Provide immediate incident resolution including remediation activities from overall health monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Proactively identify, triage, investigate, and collaborate on issues.
• Manage escalations and issues procedures readily and consistently, working with teams and open, flexible, adapting, and responding timely and productively.
• Ensure high quality, response and procedures and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dedicated, and knowledgeable users of modern cloud technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics/GCP/AWS/Red Hat.
• Experienced with multiple skills for various business applications.
