Are you an experienced Business and Technology Strategist with a track record in Technology and Organizational Strategy, Digital Transformation and Asset Management?

The role is pivotal in shaping the future of our AM Tech organization and covers multiple dimensions incl. defining strategic roadmap of our global AM Tech function, our Technology architecture and data landscape, new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and how we can apply them effectively, while transforming towards a scalable future setup.

• develop and articulate a clear and compelling AM Tech target operating model aligned with our AM Business and Group Operations and Technology Office strategy
• drive strategic planning activities of the AM Tech target organization and architecture in close collaboration with the wider organization
• develop and implement holistic performance and governance framework for our global AM Tech division in close collaboration with our AM Tech Management to
• align on our AI strategy for AM and growth and differentiation by
• systematically monitor industry trends
• manage relationships with or strategize
• coordinate with cross-functional teams

Ihr Team

You will be working in the Asset Management Technology division as part of the AM Tech Strategy and Transformation Office in Zürich focusing on all strategy required activities.

As Strategy Lead, you will play a central leadership role in the AM Tech organization for the foreseeable future with the opportunity to grow and continuously build your skillset and strategic thinking.

You will lead a small team of highly skilled technology strategists and transformation experts that shape and deliver the future of our AM Tech organization located in Zürich, London, India and Poland reporting to the AM Tech Strategy and Transformation Office Lead.

Anforderungen

• proven experience in applying strategic frameworks for solving strategic problems and developing organizational and technology strategies with the business value in mind
• ideally 8+ years of experience in strategy definition, transformation definition and execution, initiative management/project management (delivery and execution);
• track-record of designing and delivering large-scale strategies and transformations in complex, global organizations
• good understanding of the Asset Management
• strong understanding of major tech
