Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

• Drive the development and implementation of the Group's long-term strategic direction, aligning strategic programmes across the organisation
• Lead and contribute to high visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decisions
• Drive strategic intelligence through market, competitor, and internal analyses to inform decision-making and shape the corporate strategy process
• Design and deliver strategic initiatives and projects from concept to implementation
• Support the strategic cycle, including preparing for strategy offsites, full-year, and half-year results presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the Front, Finance, COO, Communications, to drive cross-unit projects and initiatives forward and ensure strong delivery and alignment
• Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO, including presentations, reports, and other key materials

Anforderungen

Schlüsselqualifikationen

• Ein Hochschulabschluss von einer renommierten Universität, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Unternehmensstrategie, Finanzen oder strukturierte Problemlösung
• 3–6 Jahre Erfahrung bei einer führenden Strategieberatung oder einer internen Strategie- oder Unternehmensentwicklungsfunktion, idealerweise im Finanzsektor

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – sowohl schriftlich als auch verbal – mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte für hochrangige Zielgruppen zu vereinfachen
• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und strategisches Denken
• Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
