Structured Products and Derivatives Implementation Lead

Aufgaben

Die Stelle als Structured Products and Derivatives Implementation Lead umfasst folgende Aufgaben:

• Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
• Motivate and share feedback to other team members to improve overall performance
• Collaborate closely with product managers and business owners to understand client and market needs, evolving the product roadmap in line with overall bank's strategy and enable growth opportunities
• Develop cases and define product features based on inputs from business owner and business representative
• Continuously prototype feature/story with business owners based on business cases and implementation costs
• Understand the system implications of the new product and identify roadblocks and dependencies with other features

• Experience in managing product deliveries across work streams with varying timelines, priorities, complexities
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguity, especially when dealing with new products where pilot launches might require some manual processes to start with
• Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and broad understanding of the financial market and products
• IT savvy and can facilitate basic programming or quickly understand IT landscape of

Produktmanagement

Die Stelle umfasst auch folgende Aufgaben im Bereich Produktmanagement:

• Understand the front to back flow of product issuance
• Work with various risk functions to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the new product
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (i.e. IT, accounting, operation, risk teams) to understand the system implications of the new product. Specify requirements, identify and resolve roadblocks
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to new product implementation
• Participate in testing and quality assurance process, create testing protocol, document testing results and collect signoff of test cases
• Ensure the new product is operational ready for distribution (i.e. client & product suitability checks)
• Continuously evaluate and improve the process, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices
