Aufgaben
Die Stelle als Structured Products and Derivatives Implementation Lead umfasst folgende Aufgaben:- Contribute to the strengthening of the team spirit and the fostering of a collaborative work environment
- Motivate and share feedback to other team members to improve overall performance
- Collaborate closely with product managers and business owners to understand client and market needs, evolving the product roadmap in line with overall bank's strategy and enable growth opportunities
- Develop cases and define product features based on inputs from business owner and business representative
- Continuously prototype feature/story with business owners based on business cases and implementation costs
- Understand the system implications of the new product and identify roadblocks and dependencies with other features
Anforderungen

- Good knowledge of financial products, in particular cross asset structured products and derivatives, especially the manufacturing flow of such products
- Experience in Advisory and Sales processes, for both private clients and institutional clients
- Experience in agile project methodologies and framework (e.g. SAFe, scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in managing product deliveries across work streams with varying timelines, priorities, complexities
- Strong ability to deal with ambiguity, especially when dealing with new products where pilot launches might require some manual processes to start with
- Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and broad understanding of the financial market and products
- IT savvy and can facilitate basic programming or quickly understand IT landscape of
Produktmanagement
Die Stelle umfasst auch folgende Aufgaben im Bereich Produktmanagement:- Understand the front to back flow of product issuance
- Work with various risk functions to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks associated with the new product
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (i.e. IT, accounting, operation, risk teams) to understand the system implications of the new product. Specify requirements, identify and resolve roadblocks
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to new product implementation
- Participate in testing and quality assurance process, create testing protocol, document testing results and collect signoff of test cases
- Ensure the new product is operational ready for distribution (i.e. client & product suitability checks)
- Continuously evaluate and improve the process, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices
