Aufgaben

Contribute to the growth of the book, with a focus on the Swiss German markets
Provide expert advice to Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors on tailored investment solutions, with a focus on Structured Products, to meet client needs
Identify emerging market trends and develop innovative investment strategies to expand our client offerings
Design, price, and launch structured products based on equity, credit, and interest rate underlyings
Proactively manage product rollovers, notifying Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors of impending maturities and offering suitable replacement options
Collaborate with internal stakeholders through regular desk meetings and advisory calls to promote Structured Products and drive business growth
Deliver educational sessions to Relationship Managers to enhance their knowledge of Structured Products and improve sales effectiveness
Contribute to the development of marketing materials that showcase investment ideas and opportunities
Oversee day-to-day operations, including trade booking, post-sale support, and product lifecycle management

Anforderungen

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an advisory or sales role, with P&I KPI
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA, with the ability to apply technical skills to analyse and solve complex problems
Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English
